Face Warty

Face and Warty Lesions

The commonest would be verruca vulgaris although on the face the commonest of the warts would probably be plane warts particularly on the forehead.  Seborrhoeic keratoses look warty but have a brown rough surface.  Epidermal nevi can occur on the face and look warty but are usually seen in a dermatomal distribution or in the lines of Blaschko.  Sebaceous nevi may extend from the hairline onto the forehead and are again brown, greasy and warty.
