Neck All Morphologies

Specific conditions involving the nape of the neck.

Specific conditions involving the front of the Neck

Assuming the midline location is important it could be a thyroglossal duct cyst. Any inflammation and discharge mean you have to exclude infective conditions including TB. I would examine the discharge  microscopically and culture for TB, Leishmania etc. A desmoid cyst can occur here.  A branchial arch cyst would be rare.

Rippled pigmentation Amyloidosis, Atopic dirty neck

Sinus tracts   Scrofuloderma

Velvety   Acanthosis nigricans

Yellow papules   Juxtaclavicular beaded lines,Pseudoxanthoma elasticum

Congenital   Branchial cleft cyst,sinusand fistulaBrochogenic cyst,Cervical thymic cyst,Cutaneous cervical tag
